Position Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Understand manpower requirements from hiring managers and prepare job descriptions.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/virtual interviews.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Negotiate salary within approved budgets and coordinate offer roll-out.
- Support employer branding and campus recruitment initiatives as required.
- Maintain confidentiality of recruitment-related information.

Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources,



Business Administration, or any relevant discipline.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resource Management is preferred.
- Experience: 1-4 years in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment.
- Freshers with exceptional recruitment internship experience may also be considered.

Required Skills:
- Strong sourcing and recruitment skills.
- Experience working with Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job portals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Experience in hiring for Educational Institutions, IT, Healthcare, or Corporate roles will be an added advantage.
- Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
