Job Title: Project Civil EngineerRole Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Civil Engineer to oversee the technical design, structural integrity, and site execution of our development projects. You will act as the technical lead in office, ensuring that all construction aligns with approved blueprints, safety standards, while keeping a sharp eye on material costs and timelines.

Key Responsibilities
- Technical Oversight: Review and validate architectural drawings, structural designs, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) plans for feasibility and cost-efficiency.
- Site Management: Supervise day-to-day construction activities to ensure work is performed according to specifications and high-quality standards.
- Vendor & Contractor Management: cordinate with external consultants, contractors, and sub-contractors; verify their work quality and certify payment invoices.
- Compliance & Safety:



Ensure all projects comply with local municipal regulations, environmental policies, and safety protocols.
- Resource Optimization: Monitor material wastage, conduct quantity surveying, and implement cost-saving measures without compromising structural integrity.
- Reporting: Provide regular progress reports to stakeholders regarding project milestones, budget variances, and technical challenges.

Required Qualifications
- Education: BE in Civil Engineering / B-Tech. A Professional Engineer (PE) license is a significant plus.
- Experience: 5-15 years of experience, ideally within residential or commercial real estate development.
- Software Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD
