Key Responsibilities:
- Patient history taking (systemic & ocular).
- Vision testing, refraction & prescribing glasses (under consultant).
- Biometry & other ophthalmic investigations (OCT, FFA, Fundus Photo, LASER).
- Assist in LASIK OT, premium IOL/LASIK workups.
- Training optometry students, patient counseling, follow-ups, and camp screenings.
- Ensure proper data entry in HMIS and machine maintenance.
Qualifications:
- B.Sc / Diploma in Optometry.
- 2+ years’ experience.
- Solid communication & patient care skills.
- Capable of independently managing Vision Center operations, with flexibility to work across the Base Hospital, Secondary Centers, and Vision Centers as needed.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
