KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Technical Prospecting & Lead Generation
- Identify and target potential B2B industrial clients, engineering firms, contractors, and commercial accounts.
- Conduct market research and out-of-office/in-office outreach to build a solid pipeline of engineering sales prospects.

2. Technical Solutioning & Consultative Sales
- Study client technical requirements, engineering drawings, and equipment specifications to suggest appropriate technical solutions.
- Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations for engineering teams, project managers, and purchase heads.
- Prepare detailed technical-commercial proposals, quotations, and tenders in alignment with client requirements.

3. Client Relationship Management & Negotiations
- Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with key decision-makers, consultants, and contractors.
- Conduct commercial negotiations, address technical queries or objections, and close sales contracts.
- Provide pre-sales guidance and coordinate with technical/service teams for seamless post-sales implementation.

CRM & Market Intelligence
- Maintain clean and updated records of all leads, quotations, and pipeline statuses in the CRM database.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and upcoming industrial projects in the region.

QUALIFICATIONS & ELIGIBILITY
- Educational Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory).
- Experience: 0 to 3 years of experience in Technical Sales, B2B Industrial Sales, or Engineering Business Development. _(Freshers with strong mechanical fundamentals and exceptional communication skills are welcome to apply)._
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of mechanical systems, industrial equipment, pumps, fluid dynamics, or mechanical drawings/specifications.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi (written & spoken).
- Software Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), basic CAD awareness,
