What You'll Do
- Lead and manage daily outlet operations.
- Drive revenue through guest engagement, upselling, and excellent customer service.
- Ensure world-class quality, hygiene, and SOP compliance.
- Manage a team of 8-10 members, motivating them to achieve high performance.
- Handle daily cash collection, reconciliation, and operational reporting.
- Build strong relationships with airport stakeholders and lounge partners to increase guest footfall.

We're Looking For
- Experience in hospitality, retail, aviation, banking, beauty & wellness, or F&B.;




- Strong background in customer service, sales, or operations.
- Confident communicator with a proactive, "go-getter" attitude.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- High integrity and accountability, especially in cash and revenue handling.

Work Schedule
- Airport outlets operate 24/7, with rotational shifts as per business requirements.
- While you'll manage the primary shift, you'll also be expected to monitor operations remotely when needed to ensure smooth functioning.
