Role OverviewWe are hiring a high-energy Business Development Manager to lead our sales team and expand our footprint across India. You will drive market reach, manage daily sales pipelines, and mentor a regional team. Your primary goal is to secure high-value contracts and turn corporate prospects into long-term clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Teams: Manage and mentor a Pan-India sales team to achieve regional and national targets.
- Track Leads: Monitor daily sales activities, pipeline updates, and follow up closely with regional teams.
- Find Leads: Hunt for large-scale corporate, commercial, and industrial clients via cold outreach and networking.
- Make Deals: Design custom facility management proposals and negotiate multi-year service contracts.
- Research Markets: Analyze industry competitors and regional trends to unlock new business streams.





Qualifications
- Industry Focus: 3 to 5 years of experience strictly within the Facility Management sector is highly preferred.
- Experience: Proven track record in B2B sales with experience managing distributed or multi-city teams.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field.
- Skills: Strong leadership, advanced negotiation, data-driven forecasting, and sharp communication.
- Tools: Expert proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce, Zoho) and sales tracking dashboards.

Pay: ₹14,222.15 - ₹99,140.50 per month
