Key ResponsibilitiesStock Market Training
- Conduct classroom and online training sessions on:
- Technical Analysis
- Fundamental Analysis
- Price Action Trading
- Options Trading
- Futures & Options Strategies
- Risk Management
- Trading Psychology
- Prepare study materials, presentations, assignments, and practical trading exercises.
- Provide live market analysis and trading demonstrations.
- Guide students with doubt-solving sessions and portfolio discussions.
- Monitor student progress and maintain attendance records.
- Stay updated with market trends and incorporate them into training.

Marketing & Business Development
- Generate leads through seminars, webinars, workshops, and educational events.
- Promote academy courses through social media, digital marketing, and offline campaigns.
- Counsel prospective students and convert inquiries into admissions.
- Build partnerships with colleges, corporates, and educational institutions.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for advertisements, promotional campaigns, and events.




- Maintain CRM records and follow up with leads.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.

Student Relationship Management
- Handle student queries before and after enrollment.
- Ensure high student satisfaction and positive learning experiences.
- Encourage students to provide reviews and referrals.
- Organize alumni networking and mentorship sessions.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
- NISM Certification (preferred).
- 2-5 years of experience in stock market trading or teaching.
- Positive understanding of the Indian stock market and trading platforms.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and public speaking skills.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Proficiency in MS Office, PowerPoint, Excel, TradingView, Chartink, and other market analysis tools.
