Urgently required for the post of Techno Commercial Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
1. ERP System Knowledge: Maintain enquiries, quotations, and orders in the ERP system accurately.

2. Customer Enquiry understanding: reading enquiries and drawings.

3. Quotations: Prepare and provide techno-commercial quotations and technical support to customers and dealers.

4. Internal Coordination: Coordinate with internal departments - Design, Production, Planning, Purchase, and Accounts - to ensure timely responses to customer enquiries.

5. Follow-ups & Closure: Track all pending enquiries and conduct regular follow-ups with customers, dealers, and internal teams to ensure timely closure.

Documentation: Maintain enquiry records, quotations, and follow-up status in the prescribed format.

7. Sales Support: Coordinate with the sales team to support order conversion and ensure customer satisfaction.

8. Reporting: Share regular enquiry status reports, follow-up updates, and pending action items with senior management.

9. Customer Communication: Ensure prompt communication with customers and dealers regarding technical clarifications, commercial offers, and order status.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
