Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate accounting records and financial transactions.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Prepare and reconcile bank statements, ledgers, and accounts.
- Manage bookkeeping and journal entries in Tally (latest version).
- Prepare and file GST returns and ensure GST compliance.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
- Generate financial reports, MIS reports, and data analysis using Advanced Excel.
- Monitor expenses and maintain supporting documentation.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and internal stakeholders when required.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in accounting and bookkeeping (preferred).
- Proficiency in Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, data analysis, reporting, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with Tally Prime (latest version).
- Good understanding of GST regulations, invoicing, and return filing.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Solid attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in GST reconciliation and compliance.
- Ability to prepare MIS reports and analyse financial data.
- Knowledge of TDS and other statutory compliances will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
