Role Overview
-Designation: Relationship Manager
-Shift: General Day Shift
-Salary: ₹2.0 LPA to ₹3.0 LPA (Depending on experience and interview performance)
Key Responsibilities
-Outbound Calling: Reach out to potential customers to introduce financial products
-Lead Generation: Qualify leads and identify sales opportunities
-Product Expertise: Explain financial products (specifically Home Loans) to customers clearly
-Sales Targets:
Handle objections effectively and work toward achieving monthly sales milestones
Requirements:
-Education: Any Graduate
-Experience: 0-2 years

-Languages: Strong communication skills in English & Hindi
-Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM software
