Open Limits is hiring a Personal Assistant who is highly organized, technically skilled, fast-moving, and comfortable working in a startup environment.

We are looking for someone who can take complete accountability for daily tasks, coordination, follow-ups, documentation, and operational support. This role is best suited for a person who can work quickly, manage multiple priorities, and use technology smartly to get work done efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily tasks, schedules, coordination, and follow-ups
- Assist with internal communication and operational work
- Maintain documents, trackers, reports, and spreadsheets
- Use digital tools, software, online platforms, spreadsheets, communication tools, and AI/productivity tools for daily work
- Ensure tasks are completed on time with proper ownership and accountability
- Support founders/team members with business, admin, and coordination tasks

Requirements:




- Strong technical skills and comfort with digital tools
- Good knowledge of spreadsheets, online platforms, communication tools, and productivity software
- Ability to learn new tools quickly
- Strong communication and organization skills
- High attention to detail
- Fast execution mindset
- Ability to manage multiple tasks without constant follow-up
