Role Overview
- Mechanical/Electrical Engineer with hands-on experience in maintenance and troubleshooting of high-precision CNC machines (SIEMENS 840D, HEIDENHAIN, FANUC, FAGOR), PLC-controlled equipment, and industrial utilities including HT/LT switchgear, generators, and compressors. Holding a C-License is preferred and will be an added advantage for ensuring electrical compliance and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform breakdown maintenance activities to ensure uninterrupted production operations.
- Execute preventive maintenance (PM) activities on time to improve equipment reliability.
- Analyse and diagnose critical equipment failures and implement effective CAPA actions.




- Ensure maximum equipment uptime and availability to support production requirements.
- Monitor, control, and improve maintenance KPIs such as MTBF and MTTR.
- Promote and sustain TPM culture across all plant equipment and processes.
- Manage and control maintenance spare parts inventory effectively.
- Carry out condition-based maintenance for generators, compressors, and EOT cranes.
- Operate and maintain HT and LT electrical switchgear systems.
- Monitor energy consumption through MIS systems and drive energy conservation initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, safety standards, and statutory requirements.

Critical Competencies for Success
- Technical Expertise in Maintenance: Strong knowledge of CNC machines, PLC-controlled equipment, HT/LT electrical systems, generators, compressors, and EOT cranes.
