Job Title: Associate QA Engineer

Experience:
2-3 Years

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform testing and validation of Power BI reports and dashboards
- Write and execute T-SQL queries to validate data accuracy and integrity
- Use Advanced Excel for data analysis, reconciliation, and comparison
- Create and execute test cases, test plans, and test scenarios
- Identify, log, and track defects using standard QA processes
- Collaborate with developers and business teams to resolve issues
- Ensure data consistency across multiple data sources and reports
- Support UAT and regression testing
- Participate in test automation initiatives where applicable

Required Skills:
- Hands-on experience with Power BI
- Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel




- Proficiency in T-SQL / SQL Server
- Understanding of QA methodologies (STLC, SDLC)
- Experience in functional and data testing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have:
- Experience with MicroStrategy (MSTR)
- Familiarity with automation tools (e.g., Power Automate, Selenium, RPA tools)

Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field

Preferred Skills:
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced workplace
