Your Role:
- You will ensure quality and timely HR shared services delivery to the organization and respective HR teams




- Ensure service levels are adhered to the processes you are supporting, with quality being of utmost importance-
- You will ensure quality and timely completion of data updation activity as assigned to you- You will raise issues and discrepancies found during executing your work to the seniors or designated person- You will liaise within HRSS team, with the HR team members and other teams within the organization as necessary- You will provide regular updates and reports to your manager- Expertise in Employee Offboarding and Absence management / Leave and attendance / Purchase order system is plus- You will undertake regular audits of the work assigned to you to ensure accuracy and completeness
- You will follow processes and procedures to ensure operational compliance with local regulations and regulatory requirements
