Shift Timing: 9:30am - 6:30pm (Day Shift)

Salary: ₹25,000 - ₹30,000 per month (Based on Experience and Communication Skills)

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Team Leader to join our growing team at Saisha Tours and Travels. The role involves managing a team of customer service executives handling inbound travel-related customer queries, ensuring service quality, team productivity,



and customer satisfaction standards are consistently achieved.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise daily team operations.
- Monitor inbound call handling quality and customer service standards.
- Support team in resolving customer queries and escalations.
- Guide team members on travel packages and booking procedures.
- Track daily performance and productivity of team members.
- Maintain reports related to calls, bookings, and performance.
- Coordinate with operations and booking teams for smooth service delivery.
- Conduct team briefings and performance feedback sessions.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and service quality standards are maintained.
- Support training and development of new team members.

Requirements:
- Minimum Qualification: HSC (12th pass) or above.
- Minimum 1 year relevant experience as a Team Leader in Sales/Customer Service / Call Center / Team Handling role.
