Eligibility:
2-3 years of experience in Administration, Office Operations, Coordination, or a similar role.

Experience in Creative Agencies, Production Houses, Studios, Media, Events, or similar industries will be preferred.

Strong coordination and organizational skills.

Comfortable with office-based as well as field responsibilities.

Ability to coordinate with vendors, freelancers, service providers, and internal teams.

Good communication, follow-up, problem-solving, and time-management skills.

Willingness to travel locally for office requirements, shoots, logistics, purchases, and other operational work.

Job Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day office administration and operational activities.
- Coordinate office requirements, supplies, equipment, maintenance,



and general workplace needs.
- Handle vendor and freelancer coordination, including communication, follow-ups, and scheduling.
- Coordinate travel, transportation, logistics, and other arrangements required for shoots and projects.
- Assist with equipment and resource management, ensuring proper availability and accountability.
- Coordinate with photographers, editors, production teams, vendors, and other external partners whenever required.
- Handle field visits, purchases, deliveries, collections, and other operational tasks as assigned.
- Support shoot-related logistics, including transportation, location requirements, materials, and team coordination.
- Maintain records of office assets, equipment, vendors, expenses, and operational requirements.
- Coordinate with management and internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
