Célèbre Aesthetics is looking for a capable, dependable and high-ownership professional to join us as an Associate - Founder's Office.

You will work directly with the Founder & Managing Director and help convert priorities, discussions and ideas into organised execution. The role begins with substantial hands-on coordination, follow-up, recruitment, administration, research and project execution. As you demonstrate reliability, judgment and ownership, your responsibilities and decision-making authority will progressively increase.

This is not a strategy-only role and it is not a conventional back-office position. It is a broad execution role for someone who wants to understand how a growing healthcare business is built and managed from the inside.

Your Mission

Help the Founder and the organisation become more effective by ensuring that key priorities never fall through the cracks and that decisions are converted into execution.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the Founder in executing important business priorities.
- Attend relevant meetings, document decisions, owners and deadlines, and maintain a central action tracker.
