About the Role:
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms.
- Develop performance marketing strategies focused on lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
- Monitor and improve campaign performance metrics including ROAS, CPA, CPL, CTR, conversion rate, and overall campaign profitability.
- Manage advertising budgets and ensure maximum return on investment.
- Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and market research to identify growth opportunities.
- Create and implement retargeting and remarketing strategies to improve conversions.
- Coordinate with graphic designers and content teams to develop high-performing creatives and ad copies.
- Perform regular A/B testing on audiences, creatives, landing pages, and campaign structures.




- Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Prepare and present weekly and monthly performance reports to management and clients.
- Stay updated with platform updates, industry trends, and emerging digital marketing technologies.
- Work closely with clients and internal teams to understand business objectives and translate them into effective marketing campaigns.

- Achieve monthly lead generation and revenue targets.
- Improve campaign ROAS and reduce cost per acquisition.
- Maintain high-quality lead generation across campaigns.
- Ensure efficient utilization of advertising budgets.
- Deliver accurate and timely performance reports.
- Drive continuous optimization and growth across all paid channels.

Skills Required:
- Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
- Knowledge of conversion track
