Role Overview

We are looking for a driven, personable, and technically confident Retail Sales Associate to be the face of our Bangalore Experience Center. This is not a typical retail role. You will be engaging with architects, interior designers, developers, and high-net-worth homeowners — explaining complex AV and automation systems in a way that is clear, compelling, and credible.



Alongside managing in-center client interactions, you will also spend time in the field, building relationships with dealers, architects, and design professionals across Bangalore.

Key ResponsibilitiesExperience Center & Client Engagement
- Greet, engage, and qualify walk-in visitors and scheduled prospects at the Experience Center.
- Conduct immersive product demonstrations covering home theatre systems, multi-room audio, lighting control, and smart home automation.
- Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate solutions from our portfolio of premium brands.
- Follow up consistently with leads and prospects to drive demo bookings and conversions.
- Maintain the Experience Center in showroom-ready condition at all times.
- Coordinate with the technical team to ensure all demo systems are operational and up to date.
