ABOUT THE ROLE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle outbound client calls professionally
- Follow up on leads and nurture them through the sales funnel
- Convert potential leads into confirmed clients
- Maintain and update CRM with daily lead status and follow-ups
- Build strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports for management

REQUIREMENTS:
2-3 years of experience in Sales / Telecalling / Business Development





Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Hindi & English)

Proven track record of lead conversion and client handling

Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented personality

Proficiency in MS Office / Google Sheets / CRM tools

Must be based in or willing to work from Mohali

Immediate joiner preferred
