About Epigroww Global

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive lead generation, client acquisition, and revenue growth in the IT services and software solutions domain.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct discovery calls and understand client business requirements.
- Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through effective lead nurturing.
- Schedule meetings, product demonstrations, and proposal discussions with decision-makers.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial discussions in coordination with internal teams.
- Manage end-to-end sales activities from prospecting to deal closure.
- Build long-term relationships with clients and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline updates in CRM.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in IT Services, Software Sales, SaaS Sales, ERP/CRM Sales, or Technology Consulting.
- Experience selling custom software development services will be highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and technology solutions.
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, CRM tools, and outbound sales processes is an advantage.
