Work From Office (First 3 Months) → Work From Home (From 4th Month)

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in Malayalam.

Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information.

Maintain professional communication and customer satisfaction.

Record customer interactions and update system details.

Follow company processes and quality standards.

Requirements:
Fluency in Malayalam (mandatory).

Basic communication skills in English.

Positive listening and problem-solving abilities.

Basic computer knowledge.

Willingness to Work From Office (First 3 Months) → Work From Home (From 4th Month)

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
