About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and acquire new business opportunities through networking, referrals, LinkedIn, industry events, and strategic outreach.
- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, brands, and key decision-makers.
- Understand client requirements and recommend tailored PR, digital marketing, influencer marketing, branding, and communication solutions.
- Lead client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and contract closures.
- Prepare proposals, commercials, and pitch presentations in coordination with internal teams.
- Collaborate with strategy, creative, digital, PR, and influencer marketing teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, forecasts, and business reports using CRM tools.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
- Mentor and guide junior business development team members to improve performance.

Required Skills:




- Strong business development and enterprise sales experience.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Proven ability to generate leads and close high-value deals.
- Experience in preparing proposals, pitches, and commercial negotiations.
- Strong networking and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM platforms, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working in a quick-paced environment.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in Business Development, Client Acquisition, or Corporate Sales.
- Prior experience in a PR, Advertising, Digital Marketing, Media, or Integrated Communications Agency is mandatory.
- Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and acquiring new clients.
