Key Responsibilities
- Teach students from Nursery to Grade 2 following the CBSE curriculum and school guidelines.
- Create a warm, safe, and engaging classroom environment that promotes learning and creativity.
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons and classroom activities.
- Develop students' reading, writing, speaking, numeracy, and communication skills.
- Use activity-based and play-way teaching methods to enhance student learning.
- Monitor students' academic, emotional, and social development.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, teaching aids, and classroom activities.
- Conduct regular assessments and maintain student progress records.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding students' progress and development.
- Maintain classroom discipline while ensuring a positive and caring atmosphere.
- Participate in school events, celebrations, parent meetings, and co-curricular activities.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree with D.Ed., B.Ed., NTT (Nursery Teacher Training), Montessori Training, or equivalent qualification.




- 1-3 years of teaching experience in Pre-Primary or Primary classes.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Passion for working with young children.
- Ability to create an engaging and child-friendly learning environment.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in a CBSE school.
- Knowledge of phonics, activity-based learning, and early childhood education methodologies.
- Creativity in storytelling, art, music, and classroom activities.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with digital teaching tools.
- Patience, empathy, and strong interpersonal skills.
