HR Executive - Compliance & Payroll

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities

Payroll Management
- Manage monthly payroll processing for all employees.
- Verify attendance, leaves, deductions, incentives, reimbursements, and salary adjustments.
- Prepare salary sheets and payroll reports.
- Coordinate with Finance/Accounts for timely salary disbursement.
- Handle Full & Final Settlement, notice pay, leave encashment, and recoveries.
- Maintain accurate payroll records and employee salary data.
- Address employee queries related to salary, deductions, and payroll.

Statutory Compliance
- Manage applicable statutory compliances including PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, Labour Welfare Fund, TDS, and other requirements.
- Ensure timely preparation and submission of statutory returns and challans.
- Maintain compliance records, registers, and supporting documents.
- Coordinate with CA, consultants, and government authorities whenever required.
- Stay updated with changes in applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Support inspections, audits, and compliance-related documentation.





HR Operations
- Maintain employee master data and personnel records.
- Manage attendance and leave records.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and exit formalities.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS, and payroll-related dashboards.
- Ensure employee documentation is complete and properly maintained.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee salary and personal information.

Required Skills:
- Good knowledge of payroll processing and statutory compliance.
- Understanding of PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, and applicable labour laws.
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.
- Good numerical and analytical ability.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong documentation and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information.
- Positive communication and problem-solving skills.

Experience

1-4 years of experience in HR Payroll, Compliance, HR Operations, or a similar role.

Preferred: Experience with HRMS/pay
