Sales Coordinator - Job Description

What you'll do:
- Coordinate with B2B customers across India — order follow-ups, queries, relationship building
- Handle calls and messages daily with clients, vendors, and internal team
- Support sales team with scheduling, documentation, and follow-ups
- Build rapport with new and existing customers
- Solve their queries, have quick response time

Who we're looking for:
- Extroverted, positive personality — genuinely enjoys talking to people
- Patient and polite, even under pressure
- Well-spoken with solid communication skills
- Comfortable talking to anyone — customers, vendors, staff, at any level
- Fluent in English and Hindi (must)
- Knowledge of Tamil or Telugu or Any South Indian Language is a plus

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
