Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Develop, implement, and manage credit decision strategies using Experian PowerCurve Strategy Manager (PCSM) to optimize lending decisions and customer acquisition processes.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze credit performance and portfolio trends to generate insights, reports, and recommendations for enhancing credit strategies.
- Risk Mitigation: Continuously evaluate and refine credit strategies to mitigate potential risks, ensuring compliance with internal and external regulatory standards.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders from Risk, Credit, IT, and Compliance teams to align credit strategies with overall business objectives.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor and assess the performance of deployed strategies and provide recommendations for improvements or adjustments based on business needs.
- System Enhancements:



Collaborate with the IT department to identify system improvements and ensure smooth integration of strategy changes into the operational setting.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of credit strategies, business rules, and processes to ensure transparency and audit readiness.
- Troubleshooting & Support: Provide support for any issues or inquiries related to Experian PowerCurve strategy configurations and system operations.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience working with Experian PowerCurve Strategy Manager (PCSM) or similar decisioning platforms.
- Strong experience in credit risk management, including the development of credit strategies for underwriting, customer acquisition, or account management.
- Proficient in SQL, data extraction, and manipulation to support data-driven decision-making.
