Job Title: HR Executive

Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, shortlisting, interviews, and offer management.
- Coordinate onboarding and induction programmes for new employees.
- Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
- Support grievance handling and disciplinary procedures in line with company policy.
- Promote a positive workplace culture and employee engagement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Manage attendance, leave records, and employee data systems.
- Support payroll inputs, confirmations, and exit formalities.
- Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development programmes.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory requirements, and internal HR policies.
- Assist in drafting, updating, and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Support HR audits and internal reviews.




- Manage HR metrics and reporting, providing insights to improve organisational effectiveness.
- Vendor management and Inventory management.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in HR role.
- Sound knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Experience handling recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
- High level of confidentiality and integrity.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems.
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.

Timing
Monday to Friday - 9 am to 6 pm
Saturday - 9 am to 5 pm
