About this Role:
What you’ll do:
- Manage real estate accounting operations in line with IFRS 16 principles and internal control requirements.Deliver end-to-end lease contract management, including contract set-up, contact creation, modifications, approvals, and related transaction processing.Ensure lease contract creation and modification activities are completed accurately and within agreed timelines.Complete monthly valuation postings for all eligible leases with a robust focus on accuracy and timeliness.Support internal and external financial reporting, compliance activities, balance sheet reconciliations, month-end close tasks, analysis, troubleshooting, and process coordination.Communicate accounting updates clearly, assess the impact of new procedures, and support continuous process quality in day-to-day operations.Carry out other job-related activities assigned by the supervisor in support of team pr
