This position is responsible for the overall support of our business operations by efficiently and effectively providing daily support to various departments within the organization. This position is also responsible for a variety of administrative and clerical duties that support the operation and presentation of a professional business office.
- Work Location - Pune (Work from Office)
- Shift timings - (7:30 PM - 4:30 AM) IST

Responsibilities:
- Manage several supply ordering processes company-wide including special orders
- Ensure supply closets and storage units are stocked and organized per safety regulations
- Assist in managing minor facilities maintenance issues
- Support company sponsored community outreach programs
- Manage mail distribution for corporate office
- Act as a back-up to reception during break periods as well as vacation periods
- Support Operations Manager with special projects

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to work well with people at all levels of the organization
- Highly self-directed,



versatile and strong attention to detail
- Able to manage time effectively with the ability to multi-task
