Job Description - Performance Marketing Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive to manage and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Meta, and other digital platforms to drive quality leads and maximize ROI.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for leads and conversions.
- Track campaign metrics using Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing.
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to create high-performing ads.
- Prepare campaign performance reports.

Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in Performance Marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4) and campaign tracking.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT or similar is preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
