Job Title: OT Technician Location: Spectra Eye Hospital, Madhyamgram, Kolkata, West Bengal

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and sterilize surgical instruments and equipment before, during, and after eye surgeries.
- Assist the surgical team by passing instruments and supplies during operations.
- Ensure that the OT is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Monitor and maintain sterilization logs and inventory of OT materials.
- Support patient positioning and safety protocols in the OT.
- Report any malfunctioning equipment or safety concerns to the supervisor.
- Follow hospital protocols for infection control and safety standards.
- Collaborate with nurses, surgeons, and other healthcare staff to ensure efficient operation theatre functioning.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information and adhere to hospital policies.

Qualifications:
- Diploma or certification in Operation Theatre Technology or equivalent.




- Previous experience in an eye hospital or ophthalmic OT preferred.
- Knowledge of sterilization techniques and surgical procedures.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.

Work Hours:
