Job Title: Backend Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update leads from platforms like IndiaMART and other B2B portals.
- Handle tendering processes: documentation, submission, and follow-ups.
- Support the sales team with backend coordination, quotations, and order processing.
- Maintain accurate records of inquiries, quotations, and client communications.
- Coordinate with production and dispatch teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Assist in preparing sales reports and performance tracking.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and sales procedures.

Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of IndiaMART lead management and other online sales platforms.
- Experience in tendering and bidding processes.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask and handle backend operations efficiently.
- Knowledge of industrial products (preferably gaskets/sealing solutions).

Pay: ₹9,798.91 - ₹25,000.00 per month
