Key Job Responsibilities
- Shop Floor Oversight: Assist in monitoring the daily production line, ensuring assembly goals are met on schedule.
- Quality Control: Learn and implement quality standards (e.g., 5S, Kaizen) to reduce defects and waste.
- Manpower Coordination: Help allocate workers to specific workstations and train staff on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Safety & Compliance: Enforce health and safety (HSE) protocols on the factory floor, ensuring all operators wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Reporting & Documentation: Prepare shift-wise reports on production output, equipment downtime,



and material usage.

Eligibility & Requirements
- Education: Full-time Diploma (Polytechnic) or Bachelor of Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) in Mechanical, Production, Automobile, or Industrial Engineering.
- Experience: Fresher or 0 - 2 years of industrial training/apprenticeship.
