We are looking for a detail-oriented Cut List Manager to manage production drawings, optimize cutting plans, and coordinate with the factory team for efficient manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate cut lists from approved production drawings.
- Verify dimensions, materials, edge banding, grain direction, and hardware requirements before releasing jobs for production.
- Generate optimized cutting layouts to minimize material wastage.
- Coordinate with the panel saw, edge banding, CNC,



drilling, and assembly teams.
- Review production drawings and identify discrepancies before manufacturing.
- Ensure all components are correctly labelled and documented.
- Plan daily production schedules based on project priorities and delivery commitments.
- Monitor material utilization and report wastage.
- Coordinate with the design and project teams regarding drawing revisions and production changes.
- Maintain production records, cut list files, and job status reports.
- Ensure all jobs are released to production with complete documentation.
- Support quality control by ensuring components are manufactured according to approved specifications.

Required Skills:
- Good knowledge of modular furniture manufacturing.
- Ability to read and interpret production drawings.
- Knowledge of plywood, MDF, HDHMR, laminates, edge banding, and modular hardware.
