About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:
- Process Quality Leadership
- Lead process quality input to design reviews, DFMEA/PFMEA sessions, control plan development and process flow definitions.
- Define and maintain process requirements, work instructions and inspection criteria ensuring traceability between design, validation and production documentation.
- Provide technical guidance to manufacturing, engineering and supplier teams on process controls, error‑proofing and poka‑yoke solutions.
- Validation & Qualification
- Develop and oversee process validation protocols, capability studies and production qualification activities to demonstrate sustained compliance and performance.
- Plan and manage pilot builds, pre‑production runs and production part approval (PPAP) activities to secure customer and regulatory approvals.
- Risk Management & Problem Solving
- Drive risk assessment activities (PFMEA) and facilitate cross‑functional mitigation actions; ensure effectiveness of controls through verification activities.




- Lead structured root cause analysis for process or quality deviations, implement corrective and preventive actions and track closure to ensure sustained resolution.
- Supplier Quality & Collaboration
- Support supplier selection, capability assessments and technical reviews; resolve supplier process issues and ensure alignment to control plans and quality requirements.
- Collaborate with Purchasing, Engineering and Manufacturing to ensure supplier deliverables meet safety, regulatory and customer expectations.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Monitor process quality metrics and capability indicators; prepare explicit reports and escalate technical or process risks to project leadership when required.
- Maintain documentation and evidence of process performance for internal and customer audits.
- Continuous Improvement
- Identify and drive improvement initiatives to enhance process stability, manufacturability and cost effectiveness.
