Key Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the process from identifying staffing needs to on-boarding.
- Screening & Interviewing: Evaluate resumes, conduct phone screenings, and organize in-person/video interviews.
- Hiring Management: Coordinate with hiring managers to define requirements, prepare job offers, and negotiate salaries.
- Employer Branding: Promote the company as a excellent place to work on job portals and social media.
- Compliance & Records: Ensure hiring processes are unbiased and maintain accurate records in the ATS.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar talent acquisition role.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Technical Skills:



Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant field.

Pay: ₹7,500.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
