Key Responsibilities: Oversee cargo loading, unloading, and stowage operations. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and company regulations. Supervise deck crew and daily deck operations. Maintain lifesaving and firefighting equipment. Conduct safety drills and risk assessments. Assist the Master in the protected navigation and overall management of the vessel.
