Sales Manager - Real Estate

Qualification: Any Graduate / MBA
Experience: 1 to 2 years in real estate experience preferred

Job Responsibilities
- Connect with clients through company-generated leads.
- Understand customer requirements and assist them in purchasing residential and commercial properties.
- Make cold calls and follow up with prospects.
- Schedule and coordinate property site visits.
- Negotiate and close sales deals.
- Assist clients throughout the purchase process and documentation.
- Conduct market research on new projects, builders, and properties.
- Stay updated on real estate rules, regulations, and market trends.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and builders.
- Contribute to business growth by achieving sales targets.

Requirements:




- Minimum 1 to 4 years of only real estate experience preferred.:
- Experience in Real Estate, Sales, Business Development, or Voice Process is preferred.
- Freshers with a strong interest in sales may also apply.
- Must own a bike and be willing to travel for site visits.
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
- Passion for sales with a target-oriented mindset.
- Well-groomed and professional personality.
