Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Lead end-to-end recruitment across corporate and business functions, from manpower planning to onboarding.
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, recruitment agencies, and networking.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely closure of open positions.
- Negotiate compensation, manage offer rollouts, and support onboarding activities.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Stakeholder Management




- Partner with business leaders and department heads to understand workforce requirements and hiring priorities.
- Provide market intelligence, salary benchmarking, and hiring insights to support recruitment decisions.
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.

Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and develop the Talent Acquisition team.
- Allocate hiring responsibilities, monitor team performance, and ensure recruitment targets are achieved.
- Drive best practices, continuous learning, and process improvements within the recruitment function.

Recruitment Operations
- Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, offer-to-join ratio, and source effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and recruitment standards.
- Strengthen employer branding initiatives to attract quality talent.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.
