Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager - Contracts, Planning & Commercial

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Manage project contracts, planning, billing, and commercial activities.
- Prepare project schedules, MIS reports, progress reports, and cost analysis.
- Review BOQs, drawings, quantity verification, and subcontractor billing.
- Handle contractual correspondence, claims, EOTs, and project documentation.
- Monitor project costs and support cost control initiatives.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams for smooth project execution.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and project timelines.
- Support commercial negotiations and contract administration throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Qualifications
- B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 8-15 years of experience in Contracts, Planning & Commercial functions.




- Experience in High-Rise/RCC construction projects is mandatory.

Required Skills:
- Solid knowledge of Contracts, Billing, Cost Control, and Commercial Management.
- Hands-on experience with High-Rise/RCC construction projects.
- Proficiency in MS Project, Advanced Excel, AutoCAD, and MS Office.
- Knowledge of Primavera P6 and Power BI will be an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of BOQs, quantity verification, subcontractor billing, claims, and EOT management.
- Excellent analytical, communication, negotiation, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple stakeholders.
