Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Counsel clients regarding tourist, visitor, family visit, and business visitor visa options.
- Assess client profiles and determine visa eligibility.
- Review client documents to ensure compliance with embassy and immigration requirements.
- Handle client inquiries professionally and resolve visa-related concerns.
- Stay updated on immigration policies, visa regulations, and embassy guidelines.
- Achieve counseling and conversion targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with clients through excellent customer service.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in tourist and visitor visa counseling.
- Strong communication, sales,



and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent client-handling and counseling abilities.
- Knowledge of visitor visa processes for Canada, Australia, the UK, the USA, New Zealand, Europe, and Schengen countries.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client cases efficiently.

- Strong understanding of immigration and visa documentation requirements.
- Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
- Ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Target-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.
