Foster robust relationships with customers to ensure loyalty and retention
Address customer complaints, queries and feedback in a timely and professional manner
Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues and meeting their needs
Proactively identify potential issues and resolve them before they escalate
work with sales, marketing and product teams to ensure customer needs are meet.
Educational Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Any Bachelor's degree
- Experience: 1-3 years of prior working experience in similar role, in an automotive dealership, ideally managing commercial or passenger transport vehicles.
- Languages: Complete fluency in Tamil and English to manage local client relations effectively.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
