About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Client Servicing Executive to manage client relationships, conduct consultations, create presentations, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver exceptional wedding experiences.

Key ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship Management
- Conduct discovery meetings to understand client requirements, preferences, budget, and expectations.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Ensure a premium customer experience throughout the client journey.

Sales & Client Consultation
- Present company services, wedding planning solutions, design capabilities, and execution processes.
- Conduct client presentations and pitch meetings.
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable wedding concepts and service offerings.




- Assist in converting inquiries into confirmed projects.

Proposal & Presentation Management
- Create professional client presentations using Canva.
- Present mood boards, wedding themes, concepts, and previous project portfolios.
- Coordinate with the design team to develop customized proposals.
- Modify presentations and proposals based on client feedback.

Coordination & Follow-Up
- Maintain client records, meeting notes, and follow-up schedules.
- Coordinate with design, operations, production, and execution teams.
- Ensure accurate communication of client requirements to internal stakeholders.
- Track project progress and client approvals.

Venue Visits & Event Execution
- Attend venue recce, client meetings, and site visits.
- Support wedding execution teams during events.
- Ensure client expectations are met during setup and event delivery.
- Resolve client concerns professionally and efficiently.
