Key Responsibilities1. Financial Reporting & Controls
- Oversee the preparation of accurate, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with Ind AS / IFRS / GAAP standards.
- Supervise, guide, and review the day-to-day operations of the internal accounts team (bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll).
- Manage working capital, optimize cash flow, and handle corporate banking relationships.
2. Taxation & Statutory Compliance
- Ensure timely compilation, verification, and filing of all direct and indirect tax returns, including Income Tax and GST.
- Formulate productive tax planning strategies and keep the management updated on changing regulatory frameworks.
- Represent the organization or coordinate with legal counsels during tax assessments and audits.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
