Accountant Intern

Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
- Record financial transactions, journal entries, vouchers, and invoices.
- Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts.
- Maintain and organize financial documents and records.
- Assist in preparing GST, TDS, and other statutory documentation.
- Support the preparation of financial reports and MIS reports.
- Coordinate with internal departments for accounting-related information.
- Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and procedures.
- Perform other finance-related tasks assigned by the reporting manager.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, or Finance.
- Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in accounting or finance.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.




- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
- Familiarity with Tally ERP/Tally Prime or similar accounting software is preferred.
- Good analytical, numerical, and organizational skills.
- Solid attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Preferred Skills
- Basic understanding of GST and TDS.
- Knowledge of bank reconciliation and ledger maintenance.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
