Process Associate

What would you be doing here?
- Conduct KYC verification checks for both new and existing users to ensure compliance and account authenticity.
- Analyse user activities and transactions to proactively identify suspicious or fraudulent behaviour.
- Investigate, document, and report potential security risks or product-related issues to the relevant teams.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and operational data using MS Excel and internal tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen fraud prevention and risk management processes.
- Ensure a seamless and secure user experience by maintaining high-quality verification standards.
- Qualification: Any Graduate
- Competitive, proactive, self-driven, and eager to take ownership of responsibilities.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify patterns, anomalies, and fraudulent activities.




- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with large datasets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a cooperative approach.
- Ability to work independently while effectively coordinating with senior stakeholders and teams.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
