Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing the restaurant's annual marketing calendar.
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns to drive reservations, walk-ins, and repeat business.
- Manage social media strategy in collaboration with internal teams and external agencies.
- Coordinate content creation including photography, videography, reels, and campaign shoots.
- Plan and execute festive promotions, menu launches, chef collaborations, and special events.
- Build relationships with influencers, media houses, PR agencies, and hospitality partners.
- Monitor guest feedback, online reputation, and brand sentiment across digital platforms.




- Track campaign performance and provide monthly reports with actionable insights.
- Ensure all marketing collateral aligns with the brand's identity and premium positioning.
- Work closely with Operations to create local store marketing initiatives and increase guest engagement.
- Keep abreast of hospitality, food, and digital marketing trends to identify current opportunities.

Requirements:
- 3-6 years of marketing experience in restaurants, cafés, bars, luxury hotels, or hospitality brands.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in restaurant marketing with a strong understanding of guest acquisition and retention.
- Hands-on experience managing social media campaigns and working with creative agencies.
- Familiarity with Meta Ads, Google Ads, CRM tools, influencer marketing, and analytics platforms is preferred.
