Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage daily dispatch schedules according to customer requirements.
- Coordinate with production, stores, quality, sales, and accounts teams.
- Ensure finished goods are properly packed, labeled, documented, and ready for dispatch.
- Arrange transportation and coordinate with transporters, couriers, and logistics partners.
- Prepare and verify dispatch documents, invoices, packing lists, delivery challans, and related paperwork.
- Monitor shipments and ensure on-time delivery to customers.
- Maintain accurate dispatch records and inventory movement.
- Handle domestic as well as export dispatch coordination when required.
- Follow up on pending deliveries and resolve transportation or dispatch-related issues.
- Ensure proper loading, packing, and handling of products to prevent damage or shortages.
- Maintain dispatch reports and provide regular updates to management.
- Coordinate with customers regarding delivery schedules and shipment status.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and dispatch controls.

Requirements:




- 3-7 years of experience in dispatch, logistics, shipping, or warehouse operations, preferably in a manufacturing company.
- Experience with industrial/manufacturing products or engineering components will be an advantage.
- Good knowledge of dispatch documentation and transportation processes.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/software systems.
- Ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills.
- Good leadership and team-management abilities.
