The Automation Platform team is building the next generation of intelligence platforms that transform how Target understands, operates, and optimizes its physical environments. We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the discovery, strategy, and execution of Target's Operational Digital Twin platform.





Role overview:
As the Sr Product Manager for Operational Digital Twin and Decision Intelligence, you will own the product vision, strategy, discovery, and execution for a new platform capability that helps Target understand, optimize, and automate physical operations.

Your mission is to transform operational signals into operational intelligence and decision intelligence that improve efficiency, execution, and business outcomes across Target's physical operations.

Your initial focus will be to define the North Star vision, identify and validate high-value use cases, launch pilot solutions, and establish the platform foundation required to scale from 0 1 incubation to enterprise adoption.
